Mastrosimone Construction Inc. received three perfect scores in the 2007 Lake-Sumter County Parade of Homes for its nearly 10,000-square-foot home, Liebes Nido, at Windsor Green.
Each home during the Parade has three judges, and this is the first time in 19 years that a home has notched a perfect score from all three, says Philip Mastrosimone, owner of the Lady Lake-based construction company.
The center piece of "Windsor Green" is the inspired two story French electic mansion created and for sale by Mastrosimone setting the standard for the luxury home community and setting new marks for the custom home building industry nationwide. The home recently was awarded the prestigious "Parade of Homes Perfect Score" for 2007 and was the only home to achieve this goal in the past 19 years.
The home is currently on the market for $3.4 million. Mastrosimone says he chose to sell this home and build another "love nest," across the street from Liebes Nido.
Windsor Green features 31 custom home lots between 1.5 and 3 acres ranging in price from $240,000 to nearly $400,000.
